Terms and Conditions

Our  detailed privacy policy is here: https://muirmont.com/customer-services-house-of-muir-mont/house-of-muir-mont-privacy-policy/

Commitment to quality

The House of Muir Mont has established a range of throw pillows and cushions made to the highest hand-made specifications using original elements designed and created especially for us. Because of the hand-crafted nature of our products, their manufacture takes a little longer than the mass-produced items made in bulk in remote, overseas factories. Our fabrics are selected from the highest quality fabric houses in the UK.  Our throw pillows conform with the UK Fire Regulations for furniture and upholstery as laid out here:  https://www.firesafe.org.uk/furniture-and-furnishings-fire-safety-regulations-19881989-and-1993/

The House of Muir Mont undertakes to deliver your purchases in the time we promise. Our cushions are individually made to order and delivery is 2-3 weeks from date of order.

Our DHL delivery partners

We have chosen DHL as our international fulfilment partners with care and diligence. DHL have consistently been a top international performer in delivering on time for over 40 years. You will be given a choice of delivery options when your delivery time is near. DHL will contact you by text and ask for your preferred choice of delivery time and method.

Delivery

Our individually manufactured, unique designs are made to order and will be delivered to you within 2-3 weeks of order.

Care instructions

Your throw pillows should only be spot-cleaned with a good quality,   commercially-manufactured upholstery cleaner.
